摘　　要：目的探讨角色认同在亚运会志愿者积极心理品质与志愿行为之间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取服务亚运场馆的某高校全日制在校学生志愿者为调查对象,使用中国大学生积极心理品质量表、志愿者角色认同重要性量表、志愿行为问卷进行评估,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析各变量间的相关性,并运用Process程序进行中介效应分析。结果共发放问卷461份,收集有效问卷457份,问卷有效率为99.13%。亚运会志愿者积极心理品质在是否为中共党员、学生干部、参加志愿服务、年龄和过去一年参加志愿服务时间上存在显著差异(P<0.05);角色认同在性别、是否为中共党员、独生、学生干部、参加志愿服务和过去一年参加志愿服务时间上存在显著差异(P<0.05);志愿行为在性别、是否独生、学生干部、参加志愿服务和过去一年参加志愿服务时间上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关性结果分析显示,积极心理品质和角色认同均与志愿行为均成正相关(P<0.05)。中介效应分析结果显示,志愿者角色认同在积极心理品质与志愿行为的关系中发挥了完全中介作用,间接效应为0.146。结论角色认同在亚运会志愿者积极心理品质与志愿行为中起到完全中介作用,提升志愿者积极心理品质有利于通过增强个体角色认同从而促进其更容易产生志愿行为,以期在大型赛会中提供高质量服务。Objective Exploring the mediating role of role identity between positive psychological qualities and volunteer behavior of Asian Games volunteers.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select full-time student volunteers from a certain university serving the Asian Games venue as the survey subjects.The positive psychological quality scale for Chinese college students,volunteer role identity 5-item scale,and volunteering questionnaire were used for evaluation.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between variables,and Process program was used for mediation effect analysis.Results A total of 461 questionnaires were distributed,and 457 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 99.13%.There are significant differences(P<0.05)in the positive psychological qualities of Asian Games volunteers in terms of whether they are members of the Communist Party of China,student cadres,participating in volunteer services,age,and the time they have participated in volunteer services in the past year.There are significant differences(P<0.05)in role identity based on gender,membership in the Communist Party of China,being an only child,being a student cadre,participating in volunteer service,and time spent in volunteer service in the past year.There are significant differences(P<0.05)in volunteer behavior based on gender,whether one is an only child,student cadres,participation in volunteer service,and time spent in volunteer service in the past year.The correlation analysis showed that positive psychological qualities and role identity were positively correlated with voluntary behavior(P<0.05).The results of the mediation effect analysis show that volunteer role identity plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between positive psychological qualities and volunteer behavior,with an indirect effect of 0.146.Conclusion Role identity plays a fully mediating role in the positive psychological qualities and volunteer behavior of Asian Games volunteers.Improving the positive psychol
