摘  要:目的本文构建了一个有调节的中介效应模型,考察焦虑在学习倦怠与抑郁之间的中介作用以及社会支持的调节作用。方法2021年12月~2022年1月,以成都市某区的17058名中学生为被试,采用青少年学习倦怠量表、广泛性焦虑量表、9项患者健康问卷、青少年社会支持量表对其学习倦怠、焦虑、抑郁和社会支持情况进行调查。运用软件SPSS 25.0进行描述统计和Spearman进行相关性分析。使用软件Mplus 8.3测试模型的中介和调节效应。结果(1)青少年学习倦怠与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01);(2)青少年焦虑在学习倦怠与抑郁之间起中介作用;(3)青少年学习倦怠对抑郁的影响及焦虑在二者关系中的中介作用均会受到社会支持的调节。结论青少年学习倦怠与抑郁呈正相关,减少学习倦怠以及由此产生的焦虑可能会降低青少年抑郁的发生,同时提高社会支持也有可能减少青少年抑郁。Objective This study constructed a moderated mediating effect model to examine the mediating role of anxiety and the moderating role of social support in the relationship between learning burnout and depression.Methods From December 2021 to January 2022,17058 middle school students in a district of Chengdu were selected as subjects.Adolescent learning burnout scale,generalized anxiety disordered-7(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and adolescent social support scale to investigate learning burnout,anxiety,depression and social support.SPSS 25.0 was used for descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation analysis.The mediating and moderating effects of the model were tested using software Mplus 8.3.Results Learning burnout is positively correlated with depression(r=0.597,P<0.01).②Anxiety can mediate the relationship between learning burnout and depression.③The influence of learning burnout on depression and the mediating role of anxiety in the relationship are moderated by social support in adolescents.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between learning burnout and depression in adolescents.Reducing learning burnout and anxiety may reduce depression,and improving social support may also reduce depression in adolescents.
