摘　　要：目的 探讨牙周整复术应用于口腔修复治疗中的临床价值。方法 以晋江市医院2022年10月至2024年10月期间收治的86例此类患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法划分为两组,每组43例,对照组给予传统口腔修复,观察组给予牙周整复治疗,对比两组疗效。结果 观察组有效率高于对照组,术后,观察组外观评分、功能评分高于对照组,观察组牙龈萎缩率低于对照组,而治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 牙周整复术应用于口腔修复治疗中,可以明显提高疗效,降低牙龈萎缩率,促进牙龈快速成形,恢复牙龈自然美观,提高患者的满意度,用于临床具有重要价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of periodontal reduction surgery in oral restoration treatment.Methods A total of 86 patients with this condition admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were random number table method divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group received traditional oral restoration,while the observation group received periodontal reduction treatment.The efficacy was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was obvious higher.After surgery,the appearance score and functional score of the observation group were higher.The gingival recession rate of the observation group was lower,while the treatment satisfaction was more higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Periodontal reconstruction surgery applied in oral restoration treatment can significantly improve efficacy,reduce gingival recession rate,promote rapid gingival formation,restore natural and beautiful gums,and improve patient satisfaction.It has important clinical value.
