摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA循环管理对妇科护理带教效果的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月永州市中心医院60名实习护生,将所有护生按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30名,常规带教)与观察组(30名,PDCA循环管理),对比带教效果。结果 观察组带教后知识技能考核成绩、自我评价能力评分、批判性思维能力评分、满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理的应用,不仅可以丰富妇科实习护生理论知识,提升操作技能,而且有助于其批判性思维能力和满意度提高。Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle management on the teaching effect of gynecological nursing.Methods Sixty intern nurses from January 2024 to December 2024 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected and divided into the control group(30 people,conventional teaching)and the observation group(30 people,PDCA cycle management)according to the random number table method.The teaching effects were compared.Results The scores of knowledge and skills assessment,self-evaluation ability,critical thinking ability,and satisfaction of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle management can not only enrich the theoretical knowledge of intern nurses in gynecology and improve their operational skills,but also enhance their critical thinking ability and satisfaction.
