摘 要:在船舶航行过程中,船舶主机的控制效果直接影响着船舶的安全性。当前船舶主机转速智能调控系统由于计算能力较大,导致主机转速调控耗时过长,构建复杂结构船舶主机转速智能调控系统。将原有系统中央控制芯片更换为PIC18F系列芯片,增设隔离驱动芯片,优化系统硬件驱动性能。设定船舶主机转速目标函数,根据此函数结合PID控制算法,构建模糊控制器,实现转速调控。至此,复杂结构船舶主机转速智能调控系统设计完成。构建系统测试环节,经功能测试与性能测试两部分证实,此系统符合当前使用要求,且可有效降低主机转速调控耗时。In the process of ship navigation,the control effect of ship main engine directly affects the safety of ship.At present,due to the large computing power of the ship main engine speed intelligent control system,the main engine speed control takes too long to build a complex structure ship main engine speed intelligent control system.Replace the original system central control chip with Pic18F series chip,and add isolation drive chip to optimize the hardware drive performance of the system.The objective function of ship main engine speed is set.According to this function and PID control algorithm,a fuzzy controller is constructed to realize speed regulation.So far,the design of intelligent speed control system for ship main engine with complex structure has been completed.The system test link is constructed.It is confirmed by function test and performance test that the system meets the current use requirements and can effectively reduce the time-consuming of host speed regulation.
