摘 要:纳米四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))通过自交联和季铵化改性合成了具有季铵基团的聚多巴胺改性四氧化三铁(PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)),采用红外光谱(FTIR)和振动样品强磁计(VSM)对PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)进行表征,红外光谱显示改性后Fe_(3)O_(4)基团发生了改变,聚多巴胺和季铵官能团均成功与Fe_(3)O_(4)结合,得到了PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)复合材料。VSM结果表明,PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)是良好的超顺磁性材料。通过模拟吸附试验研究PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)对蔗糖溶液中没食子酸的吸附效果,研究结果表明:PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)对蔗糖溶液中没食子酸的吸附最佳pH值为9.0,最佳吸附温度为55℃,吸附时间越长,越有利于吸附完全;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线吸附模型;热力学研究表明吸附过程为自发吸热过程。本研究为开发无硫和高效的糖汁脱色剂的研究提供理论依据和参考。Polydopamine-modified magnetite with quaternary ammonium groups(PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+))was synthesized through self-crosslinking and quaternization modification of nano-Fe_(3)O_(4).The structural and group changes of Fe_(3)O_(4)before and after modification were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).FTIR results revealed alterations in the functional groups of Fe_(3)O_(4),confirming the successful incorporation of polydopamine and quaternary ammonium groups into Fe_(3)O_(4),thereby forming the PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)composite.VSM analysis demonstrated that PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)exhibited excellent superparamagnetic properties.The adsorption performance of PDA@Fe_(3)O_(4)-N^(+)toward gallic acid in a sucrose solution was investigated through simulated adsorption experiments.The results indicated that the optimal adsorption conditions for gallic acid were pH 9.0,a temperature of 55℃,and prolonged adsorption time,which significantly enhanced adsorption completeness.The adsorption process followed pseudo-second-order kinetics and was identified as a spontaneous endothermic process.The adsorption process could be described in terms of quasi-second-order adsorption kinetic and Langmuir isothermal adsorption models,the thermodynamic study showed that the adsorption process was identified as a spontaneous endothermic process.This study provides theoretical basis and reference for the development of sulfur free and efficient sugar juice decolorizing agents.
