摘  要:针对“食品标准与法规”传统课程中教学方式老套、内容枯燥滞后、课程模块模糊、学生互动较少等问题,立足于成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)理念,创新性提出“四化一体系”课程模式改革。通过在课程体系中明确培养目标,重构教学模块,结合实时案例,融入课程思政等模式,旨在充分调动学生的课堂积极性,提高教学质量,树立学生的社会责任感,这对培养出新时代复合型应用人才具有重要意义,同时也为高校食品专业核心课程改革提供参考和借鉴。This paper focus on these issues such as outdated teaching methods,boring and single content,fuzzy course modules and less interaction with students,and proposes the“Four Modernizations and One System”curriculum teaching reform model based on the concept of OBE(Outcome Based Education).By clarifying the teaching objectives in the curriculum system,reorganizing course modules,combining real-time cases and integrating into the curriculum of ideological and political,teachers can fully mobilize students'enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.They can also establish students'sense of social responsibility and aims to cultivate composite applied talents in the new era.Moreover,these reforms provide reference for the core curriculum reform of food majors in universities.
