摘  要:冰区船舶在航行过程中可能与海冰相互作用而发生结构永久性损伤,各船级社对冰载荷作用下的极地船舶强肋骨和承载纵桁的非线性直接强度校核提出了新的要求,但相关规定差异较大。通过对比主要船级社规范和指南中与强肋骨和承载纵桁非线性直接强度校核相关的要求,解读各规范对于结构模型化方法、材料模型以及强度校核衡准之间的差异。选取冰带纵桁作为研究对象,通过实例计算探究这些差异对于强度校核结果的影响,分析各规范强度校核衡准的相对安全水平及适用性。结果表明,材料模型对非线性强度分析结果有一定影响,硬化模量较大时影响较为显著。俄罗斯船级社的强度校核衡准相较于其余船级社更加保守,采用永久变形量作为衡准进行非线性强度校核容易导致对结构安全度的误判。研究成果能够为极地船舶的结构设计提供参考。Ships operating in ice-covered regions may suffer permanent structural damage due to interactions with sea ice.Classification societies have introduced new requirements for the nonlinear direct strength assessment of polar ships’reinforced frames and load-bearing longitudinal girders under ice loads,but significant differences exist among these standards.This study compares the major classification societies’regulations and guidelines related to the nonlinear direct strength assessment of reinforced frames and load-bearing longitudinal girders.It interprets the differences in structural modeling methods,material models,and strength assessment criteria across standards.Using an ice-belt longitudinal girder as the research object,case calculations are conducted to investigate the impact of these differences on strength assessment results and analyze the relative safety levels and applicability of the assessment criteria in different standards.The results show that the material model has a certain impact on the nonlinear strength analysis,with the effect being more pronounced when the hardening modulus is larger.The Russian classification society’s strength assessment criteria are more conservative compared to others,and adopting the permanent deformation amount as the criterion in nonlinear strength assessments may lead to misjudgments of structural safety.The research findings provide a reference for the structural design of polar ships.
