摘　　要：铁精矿物流输送过程中,由于铁精矿含水份和其磁性特性,极易在一些分料口发生堵塞故障。文章提出一种基于铁精矿分料口自动清料机器人,将视觉技术与机器人技术深度融合,可识别堵料,预判机器人运动时的安全环境。该清料机器人的应用,可减少选矿至球团分料口岗位配置,降低职工劳动强度,有利于生产安全。In the process of iron concentrate logistics transportation,due to the water content of iron concentrate and its magnetic properties,it is easy to jam in some parting ports.In this paper,an automatic cleaning robot based on iron concentrate parting port is proposed,which integrates vision technology and robot technology deeply,can identify the blocked material and predict the safe environment when the robot moves.The application of the cleaning robot can reduce the position allocation from mineral processing to pellet parting port,reduce the labor intensity of employees,and is conducive to production safety.
