高质量就业视域下高职院校学生就业意识增强策略研究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：高职院校学生就业能力提升的前提是就业意识的培养,通过调查和访谈安徽省高职院校学生发现,个人因素、家庭因素、学校因素及社会因素能对学生就业意识产生影响。个人因素方面,学生对未来就业存在过于理想化和疑虑的问题;家庭因素方面,家庭背景较好、兄弟姐妹多的学生就业意识更强;学校因素方面,学生就业指导课程参与度较低,当学生对就业形势和政策的了解度较高时,就业意识明显增强;社会因素方面,学生对企业就业的认知有偏差。安徽省高职院校应当从统筹思政教育与课程思政、深化人才培养模式改革、完善学校教育体系、加强就业指导工作队伍4方面入手系统施策。The prerequisite for improving the employment ability of higher vocational students is the cultivation of employment awareness.Through investigation and interviews with higher vocational students in Anhui Province,it was found that personal factors,family factors,school factors,and social factors can have an impact on students′employment awareness.In terms of personal factors,students tend to have overly idealistic and skeptical views towards future employment.In terms of family factors,students with better family background and more brothers and sisters have stronger employment awareness.In terms of school factors,students′participation in employment guidance courses is relatively poor.When students have a higher learning of the employment situation and policies,their employment awareness is significantly enhanced.In terms of social factors,students have a biased learning of employment opportunities in enterprises.Anhui Province′s higher vocational colleges should adopt systematic measures from four aspects:coordinating Ideological&Political education with Ideological&Political Education,deepening the reform of personnel training model,improving the education system in colleges,and strengthening the employment guidance work team.
