摘　　要：深度学习在我国护理人才培养中起着重要的目标导向作用,随着信息技术的发展和混合式教学模式的成熟,护理教育者应主动创设深度学习环境,合理设置教学目标,应用深度学习策略,从情感、行为和认知等维度出发评价深度学习效果。深度学习可促进学生和护理人员深入理解知识,提升评判反思能力及迁移应用能力,有助于其高阶思维的发展,为其在真实情景下解决复杂护理问题打下基础。Deep learning plays an important outcome based role in the cultivation of nursing personnel in China.With the development of information technology and the maturity of mixed learning models,nursing educators should actively create a deep learning environment,set reasonable teaching goals,apply deep learning strategies,and evaluate the effectiveness of deep learning from dimensions such as emotion,behavior,and cognition.Deep learning can promote students and nursing staffs to have a deeper learning of knowledge,enhance their ability to judge,reflect,and apply knowledge,and help develop their advanced thinking,laying the foundation for them to solve complex nursing problems in real situations.
