摘 要:文章分离自健康女性生殖道乳酸菌,评价其益生功能,为女性私密处保健用微生态制剂开发提供科学依据。通过采集健康女性生殖道样本,采用MRS培养基分离乳酸菌,通过16S rRNA基因序列分析进行菌株鉴定,并评价其对阴道致病菌的抑制能力、产酸能力、抗生素敏感性、耐酸耐胆盐能力及对HT-29细胞的黏附能力。共分离得到203株乳酸菌,包括粪肠球菌、阴道乳杆菌、屎肠球菌等。部分菌株显示出良好的益生特性,其中乳酸片球菌C19对阴道常见致病菌有较强抑制能力,同时兼有良好的耐酸耐胆盐性及较高的HT-29细胞黏附能力。试验筛选到的5株益生菌株具有良好的维护女性生殖道健康的潜力,为进一步开发女性生殖道益生菌制剂提供有价值的菌株资源。This study aims to isolate lactobacilli from the reproductive tract of healthy women and evaluate their probiotic functions to provide scientific evidence for the development of microecological preparations for the healthcare of women's intimate areas.Lactobacilli were isolated from samples of the reproductive tract of healthy women using MRS agar,identified by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis,and evaluated for their ability to inhibit vaginal pathogens,acid production capability,antibiotic sensitivity,acid and bile salt tolerance,and adherence ability to HT-29 cells.The results showed that a total of 203 strains of lactobacilli were isolated,mainly including Enterococcus faecium,Lactobacillus vaginalis,and Enterococcus faecalis.Some strains exhibited good probiotic properties,such as strong inhibitory effects on vaginal pathogens,good acid and bile salt tolerance,and high adherence ability to HT-29 cells.This study provides valuable strain resources for the further development of probiotic formulations for the female reproductive tract.
