摘  要:IDI服务是我国为解决工程质量潜在缺陷问题、降低工程质量风险而引入的一项重要措施,但其推行并不顺利,建设企业采纳率较低。为此,以TAM和TPB整合模型为基础,结合感知风险理论构建建设企业IDI服务采纳模型,通过结构方程模型进行验证,并采用人工神经网络方法对各影响因素进行重要性排序。研究得出:感知有用性、感知风险、过去经验等因素显著影响建设企业对IDI服务的态度,态度、感知有用性、主观规范等因素显著影响建设企业的采纳意愿,其中主观规范是对采纳意愿影响程度最高的因素。最后在研究结果的基础上提出了促进IDI服务采纳的优化策略。IDI service is an important measure introduced by our country to solve the potential defects of engineering quality and reduce the risk of engineering quality,but its implementation is not smooth,and the adoption rate of construction enterprises is low.Therefore,the IDI service adoption model of enterprises was constructed based on TAM and TPB integrated model,combined with the perceived risk theory.The structural equation model(SEM)was used to verify the IDI service adoption model,and the artificial neural network(ANN)method was used to rank the importance of the influencing factors.The results show that factors such as perceived usefulness,perceived risk and past experience significantly affect the attitude of construction enterprises towards IDI services.Factors such as attitude,perceived usefulness and subjective norms significantly affect the adoption intention of construction enterprises,among which,the subjective norm is the most influential factor.Finally,on the basis of the research results,the optimization strategy of IDI service adoption is proposed.
