摘　　要：淘汰低阶性、陈旧性的“水课”,打造具有高阶性、创新性、挑战度的“金课”,是提升本科教育教学质量,培养合格人才的根本保证。医学免疫学是基础医学的一门重要主干和桥梁课程,在生命科学和医学中具有重要地位。本文结合医学免疫学教学工作,以具体实例从课程导入、课程主体、课程收尾及教学效果评价等方面分享培养学生解决问题能力以及启迪创新思维的一些方法和体会,以期为建设医学免疫学“金课”提供参考。Eliminating low-level and obsolete"water courses"and creating high-level,innovative and challenging"Golden Course"are fundamental guarantee for improving quality of undergraduate education and training qualified talents.Medical Immunology is an important backbone and bridge course of basic medicine,and plays an important role in life science and medicine.In this paper,combining with teaching work of Medical Immunology,some methods and experiences of cultivating students'problem-solving ability and enlightening innovative thinking are shared from aspects of course introduction,course main body,course ending and teaching effect evaluation with concrete examples,to provide some reference for construction of Medical Immunology"Golden Course".
