摘 要:目的衰老是指机体生理和心理功能随增龄呈渐进性衰退、逐渐趋向死亡的现象。沉默信息调节因子(sirtuins)家族是一类高度保守地依赖于NAD^(+)的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,参与许多与衰老相关的生物学过程,调节许多与衰老相关的信号通路。随着年龄的增长,牙周炎、口腔癌和根尖周病等口腔疾病的患病率增加,Sirtuins在该过程中起重要的调控作用。本文就Sirtuins家族的一般情况,Sirtuins与衰老相关的重要信号通路和Sirtuins在衰老相关的口腔疾病中的调控作用进展作一综述。Objective Aging is defined as the progressive decline in physiological and psychological functions of an organism with advancing age,ultimately culminating in mortality.The sirtuin family,evolutionarily conserved NAD^(+)-dependent histone deacetylases,has emerged as important players in modulating aging-related biological processes and signaling networks.With aging,the prevalence of oral diseases such as periodontitis,oral cancer,and periapical disease increases,and sirtuins play a critical regulatory role in this context.This review summarized general overview of the sirtuin family,their crosstalk with core aging-associated signaling pathways,and recent advances in sirtuin’regulatory functions in aging-associated oral diseases.
