摘　　要：中高本一体化人才培养随着中国职业教育顶层设计的成熟而成为核心探索的问题。通过调研湖北省职业教育发展现状,分析了湖北省职业教育在中高本衔接过程中面临的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了切实可行的对策与建议。研究旨在为区域职业教育改革提供指导,推动其发展。With the maturation of China's top-level design for vocational education,the integrated cultivation of talent across secondary,higher and undergraduate vocational education has emerged as a central area of exploration.Through an in-depth investigation into the current state of vocational education development in Hubei Province,this paper systematically analyzes the primary challenges encountered during the articulation process among secondary,higher and undergraduate vocational education in Hubei.In response to these challenges,practical countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.The objective of this research is to offer guidance for regional vocational education reform and drive its sustainable development.
