摘  要:经济社会高质量发展对高素质职业技能人才的需求日益迫切,高职院校也面临着教学模式改革和教学质量提升的双重挑战。以船舶动力工程技术专业的建设经验出发,探讨基于“校企协同模块化”教师教学创新团队的建设与实践经验,从课程体系构建、教学方式创新、教学质量保障评估等角度提出“校企协同模块化”教学实践策略的具体举措,为进一步推进职业院校教师创新团队的建设提供参考。The demand for high-quality vocational skilled talents is becoming increasingly urgent in the context of the high-quality development of the economic society.Vocational colleges are also facing the challenges of teaching mode reform and teaching quality improvement.Based on the construction experience of the Marine Power Engineering Technology major,this paper explores the construction of a teaching innovation team based on the"school-enterprise collaborative modularization"model.It also proposes teaching practice strategies from aspects such as the curriculum system construction,the teaching methods innovation,and the teaching quality evaluation and assurance,providing a reference for promoting the teaching innovation teams construction in vocational colleges.
