摘 要:高职院校教师数字素养是职业教育数字化转型的关键要素。基于《教师数字素养》标准编制教师数字素养量表并对高职院校教师进行测验,通过项目分析和信效度指标来检验量表是否合理。结果表明,量表数据能够很好的拟合理论模型(χ^(2)/df=2.271,RMSEA=0.072,SRMR=0.039,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.907),具有良好的效度(含结构效度、聚合效度和区分效度)和信度。可以作为评估高职院校教师数字素养的测评工具。The digital literacy of teachers in vocational colleges is a key element in the digital transformation of vocational education.A teacher digital literacy scale was developed based on the"Teacher Digital Literacy"standard and used to test teachers in vocational colleges.The rationality of the scale was examined through item analysis and reliability and validity indicators.The results show that the scale data can fit the theoretical model very well(x^(2)/df=2.271,RMSEA=0.072,SRMR=0.039,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.907),and it has good validity(including construct validity,convergent validity,and discriminant validity)and reliability.It can be used as an evaluation tool for assessing the digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
