摘 要:“双师型”教师既是职业院校教师从业的“标配”,也是职业教育高质量发展的关键要素支撑和显著特征。以职业教育“双师型”师资队伍建设路径作为切入点,首先从核心素养、育人理念以及发展认知三个方面阐述“双师型”师资队伍建设的理念;其次,从认定标准和规范无法统一、教师队伍来源单一、教师双师素质认定内驱力不足以及教师参与企业实践的机会匮乏这四个方面分析了目前职业教育“双师型”师资队伍建设的问题;最后,针对目前职业院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的问题,提出了职业院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的路径。"Dual-qualified"teachers are not only the"standard configuration"of vocational colleges but also the key element supporting the high-quality development of vocational education.Taking the construction path of"dual-qualified"teacher teams in vocational education as the starting point,this paper first expounds the concept of building"dual-qualified"teacher teams from three aspects:core literacy,education concept,and development cognition.Then,it analyzes the main problems in the current construction of"dual-qualified"teacher teams in vocational education,including the inability to unify the identification standards and norms,the single source of the teacher team,the insufficient internal driving force for the identification of the dual-teacher quality of teachers,and the lack of opportunities for teachers to practice in enterprises.Finally,in response to these problems,the paper proposes the construction path of"dual-qualified"teacher teams in vocational colleges.
