摘 要:打印头中的温度控制是热转印的核心技术,温度过高或者过低都会对打印效果造成不同程度的影响,且温度不稳定还会影响打印头的使用寿命。为了解决当前载玻片打印机打印过程中对打印头温度的精确控制,并且将温度保持在60℃左右,论文设计了基于模糊PID控制算法的打印头温控系统,并且进行了系统建模和仿真,对模糊PID和传统PID进行了比较,并检验了系统的抗干扰能力。经实验验证,该设计有效地提升了系统温度控制的均匀性,稳定性,以及一定的抗干扰能力。Temperature control in the print head is the core technology of thermal transfer.Too high or too low temperature will affect the printing effect to varying degrees,and temperature instability will also affect the service life of the print head.In order to solve the precise control of the temperature of the print head during the printing process of the current slide printer and keep the temperature at about 60°C,a print head temperature control system based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed in this paper,and the system modeling and simulation are carried out.The fuzzy PID and the traditional PID are compared,and the anti-interference ability of the system is tested.Experiments have verified that the design effectively improves the uniformity,stability and certain anti-interference ability of the system temperature control.
