摘 要:畜牧微生物学实验是畜牧微生物学课程教学的重要组成部分,在锻炼学生基础实验操作技能、培养学生科研创新能力方面发挥着重要作用。在传统实验教学过程中,受实验条件和生物安全等因素的限制,一些具有前沿性、创新性和应用性的实验难以开展。针对畜牧微生物学实验教学存在的问题,建设了虚拟仿真实验平台。该平台突破了传统实验教学的局限,拓宽了学生的视野,激发了学生的自主实验兴趣,强化了学生实验基本技能,提高了学生的科研能力和创新能力,可为畜牧领域创新型、复合型、应用型人才培养提供新思路。Animal husbandry microbiology experiments are important components of animal husbandry microbiology course teaching,playing an important role in developing students'basic experimental operation skills and fostering their scientific research and innovation abilities.In the traditional experimental teaching process,some cutting-edge,innovative,and application-oriented experiments are difficult to carry out due to limitations in experimental conditions and biosafety factors.A virtual simulation experimental platform was established to address the existing problems in animal husbandry microbiology experimental teaching.This platform broke through the limitations of traditional experimental teaching,broadened students'horizons,stimulated their interest in independent experiments,strengthened their basic experimental skills,improved their research and innovation abilities,and provided new ideas for cultivating innovative,interdisciplinary and applied talents in the field of animal husbandry.
