摘　　要：随着人类遗传研究从实验驱动模式向数据驱动模式转型与迈进,人体生物数据的重要性愈发凸显。在人体生物样本库数字化和智慧智能化背景下,探究人体生物数据的本体论地位和道德地位,对于深刻理解与剖析当前关于人体生物数据权属的争议具有重要意义。在此基础上,应高度关注利益相关者的诉求,努力在利用人体生物数据的过程中寻求隐私保护与创新促进、数据安全与科技经济发展、数据共享与数据保护等之间的平衡,进而促进“负责任的研究与创新”理念的践行,推动生命科技的健康发展。With the development and transformation of human genetic research from experiment-driven to data-driven model,the importance of human biological data has become increasingly prominent.Against the background of digitalization and intelligent smartization of human biological sample database,exploring the ontological and moral status of human biological data is of great significance to a deeper understanding and analysis of the current dispute over the ownership of human biological data.On this basis,it is necessary to pay attention to the demands of stakeholders and strive to find a balance between privacy protection and innovation promotion,data security and the development of science and technology economy,data sharing and data protection in the process of using human biological data,so as to promote the practice of the concept of“responsible research and innovation”and promote the healthy development of life science and technology.
