摘　　要：老年教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部分。伴随人口老龄化不断加快的步伐,我国老年教育进入了快速发展期:老年大学规模持续扩大,办学能力不断提高,与此同时,老年大学在体制机制、课程资源和师资队伍等方面也面临着一系列难题。莫道桑榆晚,为霞尚满天。不断满足老年人多样化的学习需求,促进老有所学、老有所乐、老有所为,是建设学习型社会的必然要求。In this issue,we explore key challenges in the development of senior education in China through interviews with experts and educational institutions.To drive high-quality growth of senior education,we believe that a systematic transformation is needed,ranging from educational philosophy,systems,to content and models.
