摘 要:当下,数字化转型深刻影响教育领域,教师专业发展的意涵与框架需重新梳理。而构建“内外协同”培养机制促进教师专业发展成为理想选择。因为,其能从多维度审视教育数字化转型赋能教师专业发展逻辑,这对教师专业素养提升大有裨益。由是,基于对教育数字化转型背景下教师专业发展的逻辑审视,提出以下几条建设路径,分别为:构建“教学共享”研修机制、推进“知行合一”实践机制、以生涯规划理念引领“人机协同”培育机制以及创新支持下的“内外兼修”评价机制。这些措施的提出,能有效填补教育数字化转型赋能教师专业发展的实践空白,为建设具有中国特色的“内外协同”教师发展培养体系助力。Currently,digital transformation is profoundly impacting the field of education,thereby requiring a reorganization of the conceptual framework and developmental mechanisms for teachers'professional growth.Establishing an“internal-external synergy”training mechanism has become an ideal choice for promoting teachers'professional growth.This is because it allows for an analysis of how digital transformation in education empowers teachers'professional development from multiple perspectives,which is highly beneficial for enhancing teachers'professional competencies.Based on a logical examination of teachers'professional development in the context of educational digital transformation,the following developmental pathways are proposed:constructing a“teaching-sharing”training mechanism,promoting a“unity of knowledge and action”practice mechanism,leading a“human-machine collaboration”cultivation mechanism with the concept of career planning,and developing an“internal-external integration”evaluation mechanism supported by innovation.The proposed measures have the potential to address the current gap in the practice of teachers'professional development empowered by the digital transformation of education,and contribute to the establishment of a teacher development and training system with Chinese characteristics based on“internal-external synergy.”
