摘  要:近年来,在学术资本主义和绩效主义的影响下,我国高校教师绩效考核制度呈现出“麦当劳化”倾向。基于“麦当劳化”理论,分析了绩效考核制度的高效率、标准化和可预测性特征,以及由此带来的非理性风险,如对效率的过度追求和考核程序的僵化等。在此基础上,提出了超越“麦当劳化”困境的对策,包括结合高校战略目标促进效率、多元主体参与制度制定、转变角色职能重视需求等。这些措施旨在激发教师潜力,实现高校与教师的共赢,推动高校治理体系和治理能力现代化。In recent years,under the influence of academic capitalism and performance-oriented policies,the performance appraisal system for teachers in colleges and universities in China has exhibited a tendency toward“McDonaldisation”.Based on the theory of“McDonaldisation”,this study analyzes the system's efficiency,standardization,and predictability,along with the associated irrational risks such as the excessive pursuit of efficiency and the rigidification of appraisal procedures.On this basis,countermeasures to transcend this dilemma are proposed,including aligning efficiency with university strategic goals,involving multiple stakeholders in policy-making,and emphasizing role transformation to meet teachers'professional needs.These measures aim to unlock the potential of teachers,achieve a win-win situation for both universities and faculty,and promote the modernization of university governance structures and governance capabilities.
