乡村“中坚青年”教师使命自觉的样态与启示——基于对61位教师访谈结果的分析

摘  要:教育服务乡村振兴是中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设的重要一环。如今,乡村“中坚青年”教师正践行使命自觉,实现专业使命与公共使命的有机统一。本研究在61位乡村青年教师的深度访谈分析的基础上,通过扎根理论探寻乡村青年教师“可为”特质的培育,发现“中坚青年”教师使命自觉的践行是教师个体、学校氛围和乡土环境多要素共同交互的结果,需历经社会模仿期、自觉担责期、迷茫反复期、双向反哺期四阶段。其中,教师个体提供素质基础,学校氛围提供专业情怀,乡土环境提供外部支撑。最后得出“以情奉乡”“以能育人”“以责治理”是实现乡村青年教师在乡村振兴中应为与可为样态耦合的反哺与回归之路。Education services for rural revitalization are a crucial component of building a great modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.Nowadays,rural“backbone youth”teachers are actively cultivating mission consciousness,achieving a synergy between professional dedication and public service.Based on the in-depth interview analysis with 61 rural young teachers,this study employs grounded theory to explore the cultivation of proactive qualities in young rural teachers.The findings reveal that the mission awareness of“backbone youth”teachers is shaped by the dynamic interaction of multiple factors,including individual teacher attributes,school atmosphere,and the rural environment.This process unfolds through four stages:the social imitation phase,the conscious responsibility phase,the period of confusion and repetition,and the mutual feedback phase.Among them,individual teachers establish the foundation of teaching quality,school atmosphere fosters professional engagement,and local environment offers external support.Finally,this study concludes that“serving rural communities with devotion,”“educating with ability,”and“governing with responsibility”constitute the essential pathways for young rural teachers to integrate their professional identity with rural revitalization efforts.
