扎根理论视域中的新时代最美乡村教师形象研究

摘  要:乡村教师是乡村教育发展的主力军,乡村教师队伍需要能够坚守乡村教育事业,不断追求卓越的教师,从而提升乡村教师队伍的稳定性,促进乡村教育发展。本研究以2017—2023年全国“最美教师”中的乡村教师先进事迹为研究样本,采用扎根理论,探寻最美乡村教师何以坚守且卓越的形象特征。对研究文本进行整理、编码、分析和归纳后,构建出一个关于中国新时代下最美乡村教师形象具体特征的理论框架,总结最美乡村教师的新时代特征,其中核心特征被概括为“自我与环境的双重超越”,包括“跨地域实践”“额外付出”“特色策略”“环境改善”四个辅助类属,期望对解答乡村教师何以坚守且卓越这一问题具有借鉴意义。Rural teachers are the main force in the development of rural education.The rural teaching workforce needs educators who are dedicated to the cause of rural education and committed to continuous excellence.This will enhance the stability of the rural teaching team and promote the development of rural education.This study takes the exemplary cases of rural teachers in the national“The Most Beautiful Teachers”from 2017 to 2023 as a research sample,employing the grounded theory to explore the characteristics of the most beautiful rural teachers'image in terms of their perseverance and excellence.Through a systematic process of sorting,coding,analyzing,and summarizing,a theoretical framework on the specific characteristics of the most beautiful rural teachers'image in China's new era is constructed,and the characteristics of the most beautiful rural teachers in China's new era are summarized.The core features of their image are conceptualized as“double transcendence of self and environment,”encompassing“cross-regional practice,”“exceptional dedication,”“characteristic strategy,”and“environmental improvement.”It is expected to have reference meanings for offering insights into the factors that contribute to rural teachers'long-term dedication and excellence.
