摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法联合情景模拟教学在肾内科临床见习中的应用价值,为肾内科的临床教学提供参考依据。方法选取2021年9月1日-2023年8月31日某院肾内科见习生85人,随机分为两组,对照组42人,研究组43人。对照组采取传统教学模式,研究组采取以问题为基础的教学法联合情景模拟教学。统计两组考核成绩、教学满意度。结果教学后研究组理论知识成绩(95.97±3.22)分、临床技能成绩(94.90±4.11)分较对照组[(91.82±3.69)分、(90.57±3.54)分]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学方式多样性、内容趣味性、教学资源多样性、教学目标清晰度、师生互动性[(8.62±1.05)分、(9.06±0.72)分、(8.79±0.93)分、(9.32±0.59)分、(8.58±0.78)分]较对照组[(7.01±0.86)分、(6.96±0.57)分、(7.44±0.80)分、(8.51±0.41)分、(6.82±0.55)分]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科临床见习中采取以问题为基础的教学法联合情景模拟教学,可取得良好教学效果,且学生满意度较高,值得推广。Objectives This study aims to explore the application value of problem-based teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching in nephrology clinical apprenticeship,so as to provide a reference for clinical teaching of nephrology.Methods 85 nephrology trainees were selected from September 1,2021 to August 31,2023 in a hospital and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 in the control group and 43 in the research group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the problem-based teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups were collected.Results Theoretical knowledge(95.97±3.22)and clinical skill scores(94.90±4.11)were higher in the study group than in the control group[(91.82±3.69)and(90.57±3.54)]after teaching(P<0.05).Diversity of teaching methods,interesting content,diversity of teaching resources,clarity of teaching objectives,and teacher-student interaction were higher in the study group[(8.62±1.05)points,(9.06±0.72)points,(8.79±0.93)points,(9.32±0.59)points,(8.58±0.78)points]than in the control group[(7.01±0.86)points,(6.96±0.57),(7.44±0.80),(8.51±0.41),and(6.82±0.55)points]than the control group[(7.01±0.86),(6.96±0.57),(7.44±0.80),(8.51±0.41),and(6.82±0.55)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The problem-based teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching in the clinical internship of the Department of Nephrology can achieve good teaching results and high student satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
