摘  要:教师领导力对于学校改进、学生学习及教师发展意义重大,培养与发展教师领导力是各国教师队伍建设的关键一环,而教师领导力发展的关键在于提升教师领导能力。英国国家专业资格认证改革以“重构教师职业路径,提升教师领导能力”为基本理念,围绕拓展职业路径、修订资格框架、构建培训体系以及设计课程方案四个方面展开,旨在回应英国教师职业晋升路径单一、在职教师流失严峻以及学生学业表现不佳等问题。英国此次国家专业资格认证改革具有人本性、科学性、协同性以及互动性的特征。Teachers' leadership has a positive impact on school improvement, student learning, and teachers' development. Therefore, cultivating and developing teacher leadership has become a key part of the construction of teacher teams in various countries. The key of the teacher leadership development is to improve teacher leadership capacities. The national professional qualifications accreditation reform in UK is based on the fundamental concept of“restructuring the career paths of teachers and improving their leadership capacities”. The reform contains four aspects, including restructuring career paths of teachers, revising qualifications frameworks,constructing training systems and designing curriculum programs. It aims to address the problems of the single path to career advancement for teachers, the severe loss of in-service teachers and the problem of poor academic performance of students in UK. Overall, the national professional qualifications reform in UK has been characterized by humanism, scientificity, synergy, and interactivity.
