摘  要:在新时代背景下,高等教育的高质量发展已成为国家战略的核心。地方高校需要主动适应这一变革,推动内涵式发展,与国家教育体系深度融合。吉林省高校青年教师队伍建设面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本研究分析了吉林省高校青年教师的现状与未来需求,建议通过强化青年教师的培养体系、引进机制和激励措施,改善教学与科研环境,促进其专业素质和创新能力的提升,为吉林省高等教育的持续发展和创新驱动提供支撑,推动教育家精神的融入,从而提升地方高校的教育质量,培养更多创新型人才,为国家教育事业贡献力量。In the context of the new era, the high-quality development of higher education has become the core of national strategy. Local colleges and universities need to proactively adapt to this change, promote connotative development, and deeply integrate with the national education system. The construction of young college teachers in Jilin Province is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This study analyzes the current situation and future needs of young college teachers in Jilin Province from the perspective of high-quality development, explores key challenges in talent cultivation, scientific research innovation, and teaching reform, and proposes corresponding policy recommendations. By strengthening the training system, introduction mechanism,and incentive measures for young teachers, improving the teaching and research environment, it can promote the enhancement of their professional quality and innovation ability. These measures not only provide support for the sustainable development and innovation driven development of higher education in Jilin Province, but also promote the integration of educators' spirit, thereby improving the education quality of local colleges and universities, cultivating more innovative talent, and contributing to the national education cause.
