摘 要:目的调查医院护士工作满意度情况,分析医院护士工作满意度的影响因素。方法以2023年5—7月在广州市胸科医院病区的274名护士作为研究对象,采用麦克洛斯基/穆勒满意度量表(MMSS)评估护士工作满意度,采用单因素及多元线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果274名护士中,非常满意占3.28%,比较满意占60.95%,一般满意占17.52%,不满意占17.88%,非常不满意占0.36%;工作满意度平均评分(3.56±0.63)分,满意度评分最高的维度为工作被称赞和认可(3.88±0.61)分,得分最低的维度为专业发展机会(3.37±0.79)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、科室的护士工作满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、科室、学历、入职形式是护士工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护士工作满意度的总体水平较高,但是专业发展机会仍有待提升。针对护士工作满意度的影响因素有侧重地实施管理措施,可进一步提高护士的工作满意度。Objective To investigate the current status of nurses'job satisfaction in a hospital and analyze the factors influencing it.Methods A total of 274 nurses from May to July 2023 in Guangzhou Chest Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale(MMSS)was used to assess job satisfaction,and multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the influencing factors.Results Among the 274 nurses,3.28% were very satisfied,60.95% were relatively satisfied,17.52% were neutral,17.88% were dissatisfied,and 0.36% were very dissatisfied.The average job satisfaction score was(3.56±0.63),the dimension with the highest satisfaction score was praise and recognition of work(3.88±0.61),and the lowest score was professional development opportunities(3.37±0.79).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction among different genders and departments(P<0.05);Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis revealed that gender,department,education background and entry form are the influencing factors of nurses'job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The overall level of nurses'job satisfaction is higher than average,but opportunities for professional development still need improvement.In view of the influencing factors of nurses'job satisfaction,the implementation of management measures can further improve nurses'job satisfaction.
