摘  要:目的观察病例分析教学评价在耳鼻喉头颈外科护理实习生中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年1月广东省中医院耳鼻喉头颈外科的60名护理实习生,根据随机掷硬币原则分为观察组和传统组各30名。传统组给予常规教学法,观察组给予病例分析教学评价法。比较两组教学成绩、职业素养、综合能力及教学满意度。结果教学前,两组技能操作考核成绩、理论知识考核成绩及职业素养评估量表(IPA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组技能操作考核成绩、理论知识考核成绩及IPA评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于传统组(P<0.05);教学后,观察组评判性思维、自学能力、学习兴趣、沟通能力、协作能力评分及教学总满意度均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论病例分析教学评价能够有效提高耳鼻喉头颈外科护理实习生的技能操作和理论知识考核成绩,提升其职业素养、综合能力和教学满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of case analysis teaching evaluation in nursing interns of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected,according to the principle of random coin toss,they were divided into observation group and traditional group with 30 nurses in each group.The traditional group was given routine teaching,and the observation group was given case analysis teaching evaluation.The teaching achievement,professional quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in skill operation test scores,theoretical knowledge test scores and IPA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after teaching,the skill operation test scores,theoretical knowledge test scores and IPA scores of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05);after teaching,the scores of critical thinking,self-learning ability,learning interest,communication ability,cooperation ability and total teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Case analysis teaching evaluation can effectively improve the performance of skill operation and theoretical knowledge assessment of otolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing interns,improve their professional quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
