摘  要:教师领导力是教师专业能力中的重要组成部分。在教师专业化运动的推动下,教师领导力的相关研究逐渐丰富。自20世纪80年代起,美国围绕教师领导力提升进行了系列的改革实践,包括制定领导力示范标准、确立教师领导者资格认定体系以及提升教师领导力培训质量。通过梳理和述评美国中小学教师领导力的实践举措,分析其对我国中小学教师领导力研究的相关启示,即培养领导意识,重塑教师领导角色,健全外部保障,夯实教师领导力发展基础,提高准入门槛,促进教师专业高质量发展。Teacher leadership is an important component of teachers'professional ability.Under the drive of the movement towards teachers'professionalization,research on teacher leadership has gradually become more comprehensive.Since the 1980s,the United States has carried out a series of reform practices aimed at enhancing teacher leadership,including formulating exemplary standards for teacher leadership,establishing qualification systems for teacher leaders,and improving the quality of training for teacher leadership.By reviewing and evaluating the practical measures for teacher leadership in American primary and secondary schools,this paper analyzes the relevant implications for the research on teacher leadership in Chinese primary and secondary schools,namely,cultivating leadership awareness,reshaping the role of teacher leaders;establishing external support systems,laying a solid foundation for the development of teacher leadership;raising the entry threshold,promoting high-quality professional development of teachers.
