摘　　要：针对程序设计基础课程普遍存在的课程教学目标定位不准、教学方法落后、学生学习效果不佳等问题,基于OBE教学理念,在教学目标重塑、教学内容重构、教学方法改进等方面对《程序设计基础》课程实施教学改革,收到了明显成效。In response to the common problems in the Fundamentals of Programming course,such as inaccurate course teaching objectives,outdated teaching methods and unsatisfactory learning outcomes of students,this study implements teaching reforms in aspects of reshaping of teaching objectives,reconstructing teaching contents and improving teaching methods based on the OBE teaching philosophy,achieving significant results.
