近代东西方文化碰撞背景下的翻译家研究——以林纾、严复、姚茫父翻译实践为例

摘　　要：在清末民初需要新思潮涌入的特殊历史条件下,林纾、严复等一批文人积极投身于外国著作翻译的工作,为引进西方先进思想编译出版了大量的外国文学名著和人文社科类著作。本文旨在通过探讨梳理林纾、严复、姚茫父的翻译作品中所遵循的翻译理论原则,体现的语言风格、技法等方面进行分析对比,得到三者在翻译文学方面的共性和差异性,使读者更加深入地了解他们的翻译成就,为现代翻译理论研究和实践提供学习和借鉴,从而达到促进翻译领域理论发展的目的。Under the special historical conditions of the late Qing Dynasty,which required the influx of new thoughts,a group of scholars,such as Lin Shu and Yan Fu,actively devoted themselves to the translation of foreign works and compiled a large number of foreign works on the pretext of introducing advanced western ideas.The paper aims to analyze and compare the translation literature of Lin Shu,Yan Fu and Yao Mangfu in the aspects of translative theory and principles,language styles and techniques,so as to find out the similarities and differences between the three in translation literature,and to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of translation theory.
