摘 要:维度与维度性概念是梅洛庞蒂后期哲学的核心概念,肉身、元素、交织等关键概念正是借助这两个概念获得最终的界定。维度概念并非出于精神的构设,它本身具有现实性、肉身性,它既维持着其具体特殊的可感性、又同时是一种作为整全呈现的存在模式。维度必然以复数的形式存在,且其自身本质意涵唯有在作为众维度之中的一维时才可被理解。相较于维度概念,维度性概念更为根本。众维度的共在唯有依赖于维度性概念才得以可能。维度性因而也揭示出一种更加原初的、作为场域存在的存在方式。梅洛庞蒂的肉身、世界的肉身、交织等概念正是通过维度与维度性概念意涵的展示关联起来,并构成了其最终的存在论哲学。A close examination of Maurice Merleau-Ponty’s(梅洛庞蒂)mid and late philosophy reveals that several of its core concepts and topics are ultimately defined by the concept of dimension or dimensionality.Along with the concepts of flesh(la chair),element,and intertwining,the concept of dimension constitutes the core conceptual cluster of his late ontology.It reveals a mode of being that is not at all detached from its special visible quality,but presents itself entirely as a whole.As a concept that can best embody the essential character of Merleau-Ponty’s late philosophy,its most noteworthy character is that dimension is corporeal and visible,instead of being spiritual construct;at the same time,dimension exists in the form of plurality,and only through its plural existence can we reveal its essential connotation of one dimension among various dimensions.The most profound significance of dimension lies in its dimensionality,which,as a horizon of being,guarantees the possibility for dimension to be plural,making possible the overlapping and coexistence of dimensions.Dimensionality means Being itself in the sense of foundation,and all dimensions are just concrete presentations of a possible metamorphosis of dimensionality.It is through the demonstration of the conceptual connotation of dimension and dimensionality that Merleau-Ponty’s concepts of flesh(la chair),the flesh of the world(la chair du monde),and intertwining get interrelated and constitute his final ontological philosophy.
