摘  要:全球化与数字化冲击下,民族文化面临传承主体断层与技艺濒危的困境,职业教育现代学徒制则存在文化基因融入不足的实践偏差。该研究以“三师协同”育人体系为架构,提出“文化解码—活态传承—产业转化”的创新路径。通过构建“目标—机制—实践”三层逻辑模型,实现民族文化从静态保护向动态传承的范式转型,推动传统技艺与市场需求的有机耦合。实证表明,“三师协同”机制通过资源整合与角色互补,能显著提升学生创新能力、职业竞争力与文化认同度。该研究为职业教育与民族文化协同发展提供了理论框架与实践范式,对民族地区复合型人才培养具有重要参考价值。Under the impact of globalization and digitalization,national cultures face the dilemma of faulty inheritance subjects and endangered skills,while the modern apprenticeship system of vocational education has the practice bias of insufficient integration of cultural genes.This study takes the"three-teacher synergy"(school teachers,enterprise instructors,and culture inheritors)as the structure of the education system,and puts forward the innovative path of"cultural decoding-living heritage-industrial transformation".The innovative path of"culture decoding-living heritage-industry transformation"is proposed,and the field expansion function of the"one-stop"student community in collaborative education is demonstrated.By constructing a three-layer logic model of"goal-mechanism-practice",we realize the paradigm transformation of national culture from static protection to dynamic inheritance and promote the organic coupling of traditional skills and market demand.Empirical evidence shows that the mechanism of"three-teacher synergy"can significantly improve students'innovation ability,vocational competitiveness,and cultural identity through resource integration and role complementarity.This study provides a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the synergistic development of vocational education and national culture,an important reference value for the cultivation of complex talents in ethnic areas.
