摘 要:目的:探讨基于BOPPPS模式的教学方法在养老护理员规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1月—6月在山西医科大学第一医院从事照护工作的100名养老护理员作为研究对象,将2024年1月—3月接受培训的养老护理员50人作为对照组,2024年4月—6月接受培训的养老护理员50人作为试验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用基于BOPPPS模式的养老护理员培训教学模式。比较两组养老护理员的理论与操作考核成绩、自主学习能力和满意度。结果:培训后试验组养老护理员的理论与操作考核成绩、自主学习能力得分及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于BOPPPS模式的教学方法在养老护理员规范化培训中应用可提高养老护理员的考核成绩及自主学习能力,提升教学效果。Objective:To investigate the application effect of teaching method based on BOPPPS model in standardized training of geriatric caregivers.Methods:A total of 100 geriatric caregivers in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Totally 50 geriatric caregivers received training from January to March 2024 were selected as the control group.And 50 geriatric caregivers received training from April to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.The geriatric caregivers of control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The geriatric caregivers of observation group adopted the training teaching model based on the BOPPPS model.The results of theoretical and operational assessment,autonomic learning ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical and operational assessment,autonomic learning ability and satisfaction of geriatric caregivers in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of teaching method based on BOPPPS model in standardized training of geriatric caregivers could improve the examination results and autonomic learning ability of geriatric caregivers,and improve the teaching effect.
