摘 要:目的:对国内外机器人辅助手术护士的培训相关研究进行范围综述,为建立机器人辅助手术护士培训体系提供参考。方法:系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、the Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库的机器人辅助手术护士培训相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年11月15日,并对检索出的文献进行筛选和信息提取。结果:共纳入27篇文献。结果显示,现有机器人辅助手术护士培训缺乏科学的理论基础和构建方法;培训对象准入标准未统一;培训内容围绕机器人手术开展,少数培训涉及了非技术技能操作;培训方式多样,以传统讲授为主;培训时长和周期差异较大;培训师资准入标准不完善;考核方式以理论考核和技能考核为主;对培训效果的探索还较为局限。结论:现有机器人辅助手术护士培训方案的科学性和规范性欠佳,未来应在相关教学理论基础上,结合多学科视角下的临床需求,采用科学的方法构建全面、规范的机器人辅助手术护士培训方案。Objective:To summarize the research on training of robotic-assisted surgery nurses at home and abroad,and to provide reference for establishing the training system of robotic-assisted surgery nurses.Methods:A systematic search was conducted on researches related to the training of robotic-assisted surgery nurses in PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,the Cochrane Library,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,VIP database and WanFang database.The search period was established until November 15,2023.And the literature was selected and the information extracted.Results:A total of 27 literatures were included.The results showed that the existing training of robotic-assisted surgery nurses lacked scientific theoretical basis and construction methods.And the access standards for training subjects were not uniform.The training chiefly focused on robotic surgery.A small number of trainings covering non-technical skills.There were various training methods,mainly traditional teaching.The length and cycle of training varied greatly.The admission standard of training teachers was not perfect.The assessment methods were mainly theory assessment and skill assessment.The exploration of training effect was still limited.Conclusions:The existing training programs for robotic-assisted surgery nurses were not scientific and normative.In the future,a comprehensive and standardized training program for robotic-assisted surgery nurses should be constructed using scientific methods on the basis of relevant teaching theories and combined with clinical needs from a multidisciplinary perspective.
