浅析电影疗法在高校心理团体辅导中的应用探索

摘　　要：当前,大学生心理健康问题日益凸显,而传统的个体咨询模式在惠及广大学生方面存在困难。因此,急切需要探寻一种更为高效且经济的团体辅导方式。电影疗法,作为一种具有创新性的心理治疗手段,能够助力学生更好地认识与理解自身的情感,切实有效地提升心理健康水平。因此,在解释电影疗法的理论基础和作用机制的基础上,分析其在高校心理团体辅导中的优势和有效性,进而提出具体的实施步骤,以为新形势下的高校心理健康教育提供新的思路与方法。The mental health issues among college and university students have become increasingly prominent.However,the traditional individual counseling model faces challenges in benefiting the majority of students.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore a more efficient and economical group counseling approach.Film Therapy,as an innovative psychological intervention,can help students better recognize and understand their emotions,effectively enhancing their mental health.This paper will explain the theoretical foundation and mechanisms of film therapy,analyze its advantages and effectiveness in college psychological group counseling,summarize specific implementation steps and propose corresponding challenges and solutions,aiming to provide new perspectives and methods for college mental health education.
