“新医科”背景下医学人文课程教学改革的优化路径——以山东第二医科大学为例

摘　　要：医学人文课程改革是“新医科”的应有之义,也是医学人文教育的本然追求。基于新医科建设“医文结合”的新内涵要求,文章在反思医学人文课程教学现状和问题基础上,对以医学伦理学为核心的医学人文课程教学改革路径优化进行研究和探索。尝试性提出了改革优化的三条路径:从单一到综合的体系优化,从传统到现代的载体创新优化,从平面到立体的模式优化,对整体医学人文课程的教学改革提供思路。The reform of Medical Humanities Courses is the due meaning of"New Medical Science",and also the natural pursuit of medical humanities education.Based on the new connotation requirement of"combination medicine with culture"in new medical science,this article reflects on the current situation and problems of medical humanities courses,then explores on teaching reform path's optimization of Medical Humanities Courses that takes Medical Ethics as the core.Three approaches were proposed for the purpose of combating the imperfection in teaching system,system optimization from single to comprehensive,carrier optimization of innovation from traditional to modern,and cultivation optimization from planar to solid optimization.It is expected to provide ideas and reference for the teaching reform of the whole medical humanities course.
