摘 要:在当前城市交通管理中,左转弯待转区的设置虽然提高了交叉口的通行能力,但同时也带来了二次停车、环境污染和能耗增加等问题.针对这些问题,从左转车辆的驾驶行为与交叉口信号控制等方面出发,提出了信号交叉口左转车辆的管控策略.并且,以浙江省金华市迎宾大道-北二环路交叉口为例,进行左转弯待转区管控设计,通过VISSIM软件进行仿真效果的对比分析,结果表明:不停车通行管控策略有效减少了左转车辆的停车次数,降低了交叉口车辆延误.该策略易于实施且效果显著,为左转弯待转区的信号控制提供了新的借鉴和参考.In the context of contemporary urban traffic management,the establishment of left-turn waiting areas had the potential to enhance intersection capacity.However,this approach also introduced a range of challenges,including the creation of secondary parking,environmental pollution,and increased energy consumption.In response to these concerns,a control strategy for left turn vehicles at signalized intersections was proposed,focusing on both the driving behavior of left turn vehicles and the intersection signal control.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was demonstrated through a case study of the Yingbin Avenue-North Second Ring Road intersection in Jinhua,Zhejiang Province.The non stop access control strategy effectively reduced the number of stop times of left turn vehicles and reduced the intersection vehicle delay.The proposed strategy could be easily implemented and with significant effectiveness,could offer a novel reference point for the signal control of left turn waiting areas.
