摘　　要：随着经济发展对高素质创新型人才的需求持续增长,高等教育在培养创新人才方面的作用愈发凸显,其中产业学院的建设意义重大。现代化工产业学院作为产教融合的新型模式,致力于通过校企合作、资源共享以及学科交叉等途径,培育具备创新能力的应用型人才。文章以广西民族大学新建的现代化工产业学院为例,深入探讨产业学院的建设背景、目标与现状,剖析学科交叉在提升本科生创新能力方面的作用,并提出在学科交叉和产教融合的背景下,如何通过课程改革、实践教学和师资建设等综合举措,有效提升本科生的创新能力,从而为化工产业发展提供理论支撑与实验验证基础。With the continuous growth of demand for high-quality innovative talents in economic development,higher education plays an increasingly prominent role in cultivating innovative talents,among which the construction of industrial college is of great signif icance.As a new model of the integration of industry and education,Modern Chemical Industry College is committed to cultivating application-oriented talents with innovative ability through school-enterprise cooperation,resource sharing and interdisciplinary approaches.Taking the newly built School of Modern Chemical Industry in Guangxi University for Minzu as an example,this paper deeply discusses the construction background,objectives and current situation of the industrial college,analyzes the role of interdisciplinary interaction in improving undergraduate students' innovation ability,and proposes how to effectively improve undergraduate students' innovation ability through comprehensive measures such as curriculum reform,practical teaching and teacher construction under the background of interdisciplinary interaction and integration of industry and education.Therefore,it provides theoretical support and experimental verif ication basis for the development of chemical industry.
