摘　　要：医药卫生高职院校致力于培养服务人类健康的高素质应用技能型医药卫生人才。药学类实验室作为药学、中药学等专业学生进行基础与专业实训及科学研究的关键场所,可以有效提升学生的专业技能和实践操作能力。因此实验室的建设与管理对于学校应用技能型医药人才的培养至关重要。文章结合学校实际情况,分析高职院校药学类实验室建设与管理中的现状,从实验室管理制度、师资队伍建设、信息化建设、安全管理这四个方面进行探讨,寻求相应的改进措施,进一步提升药学类实验室建设与管理水平,为培养技能型医药人才赋能。Medical and health vocational colleges are committed to training high quality medical and health personnel with applied skills to serve human health.As a key place for students majoring in pharmacy and Chinese medicine to conduct basic and professional practical training and scientif ic research,pharmaceutical laboratories can effectively improve students' professional skills and practical operation ability.Therefore,the construction and management of laboratory is very important for the training of medical talents with applied skills.Based on the actual situation of the school,this paper analyzes the current situation of pharmaceutical laboratory construction and management in higher vocational colleges,discusses the laboratory management system,teacher team construction,information construction and safety management,and seeks corresponding improvement measures to further improve the construction and management level of pharmaceutical laboratories and empower the training of skilled medical talents.
