嵌入性视角下创新网络社团创新绩效提升路径研究——以我国集成电路产业为例

摘　　要：创新网络社团绩效提升不仅能够促进科技成果转化,而且可以提升社团吸引力,从而获得更多异质性知识。基于嵌入性理论,从组织嵌入性与网络嵌入性两个维度构建创新网络社团创新绩效分析框架,借助NCA、fsQCA方法探索创新网络社团创新绩效提升路径。实证分析我国集成电路产业,结果发现:第一,知识宽度、知识深度、社会价值、凝聚性、合作强度是影响创新网络社团创新绩效的关键因素。其中,知识宽度对创新绩效具有中等水平的影响,但单个条件均不是高创新绩效产生的必要条件。第二,社团创新绩效提升路径可分为知识资源驱动型和社会资源驱动型。知识资源驱动型包括“纵深—研发”型、“跨界—开拓”型,社会资源驱动型包括“协同—探索”型、“聚力—深耕”型。第三,在知识资源驱动型中,合作强度与社会价值对创新绩效的影响可以相互替代;在社会资源驱动型中,知识宽度与知识深度、凝聚性组合存在替代关系。Innovation network communities are organizational models that emerge due to cooperative innovation in the process of industrial technology development.The improved performance of innovation network communities not only facilitates the formation of a stable R&D community to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,but also enhances the attractiveness of the community to bring more heterogeneous knowledge to the community.However,at present,the scale of China's innovation groups is unevenly developed,poorly stable,and has poor innovation performance.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the improvement path of the performance of innovation network communities,to provide directions for the formation and cultivation of innovation groups within the industry,and to provide references for the development of industrial innovation.At present,research on innovation network communities and innovation performance has become the focus of academic attention,but there are still the following problems:on the measurement of innovation performance,the existing studies are generally conducted from the macro-network and micro-network perspectives of innovation networks,and there are fewer studies on the innovation performance of innovation network communities under the meso-network perspective;In the analysis of factors affecting innovation performance,most of them focus on the impact of network characteristics of innovation network communities on the innovation performance of organizations within the community,and few studies focus on the impact of the own attributes of innovation network communities on their own innovation performance.In the selection of models,most of them use regression to explore the impact of single or several key variables on innovation performance.In terms of model selection,most research has used regression to explore the impact of a single or a few key variables on innovation performance,without portraying the interaction between variables.To address these gaps,this paper cons
