摘 要:目的探讨工作满意度在临床护士情绪劳动与职业幸福感间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、情绪型劳动量表、护士工作满意度量表、职业幸福感量表对552名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士情绪劳动3个维度自然表现、深层表现、表面表现条目均分分别为(3.63±0.89)分、(3.40±0.93)分、(3.00±1.05)分,护理工作满意度条目均分为(3.55±0.81)分,职业幸福感条目均分为(3.36±0.93)分;自然表现、护理工作满意度与职业幸福感呈两两正相关(r_(1)=0.352,r_(2)=0.321,r_(3)=0.697;P<0.01);工作满意度在临床护士情绪劳动与职业幸福感间发挥部分中介效应,占总效应的73.37%。结论临床护士职业幸福感处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者须重视情绪劳动对护士工作满意度及职业幸福感的影响,通过创建和谐融洽的组织氛围,提高组织支持感及情绪劳动感以提升临床护士职业幸福感,从而凝聚护理队伍,促进护理事业发展。Objective To explore the mediating effect of job satisfaction between emotional labor and occupational well-being among clinical nurses.Methods A total of 552 clinical nurses were selected as the research subjects.General information survey,Emotional Labor Strategy Scale,Nursing Job Satisfaction Scale and Occupational Well-Being Scale were used for investigation.Results The average score of natural expression,deep expression and surface expression of emotional labor among clinical nurses were(3.63±0.89),(3.40±0.93),and(3.00±1.05),respectively.The average score of nursing job satisfaction was(3.55±0.81)points,the average score of occupational well-being was(3.36±0.93)points.Bivariate correlation analysis revealed significant positive associations among natural expression,job satisfaction,and occupational well-being in clinic nurse(r_(1)=0.352,r_(2)=0.321,r_(3)=0.697,P<0.01).Nursing job satisfaction played a partial mediating role between emotional labor and occupational well-being,with the mediating effect accounting for 73.37%of the total effect.Conclusion Clinical nurses demonstrate moderate occupational well-being.Nursing managers should attach importance to emotional labor on nurses'job satisfaction and occupational well-being,and improve the occupational well-being of clinical nurses by enhancing organizational support and emotional labor sense for consolidating the nursing team and promoting the development of the nursing profession.
