摘　　要：饮食文化是人类文化中的重要组成部分,除了能够提供人体所需的能量,维持生命,更蕴含着文化与历史的意义。泰国勿洞和平村华人是一个传统的社群,对中华饮食文化继承和保留得较好,其饮食文化不仅仅是满足口腹之欲的一种日常习惯,更是一种身份认同和文化传承的象征。探讨勿洞和平村华人的饮食文化,可以更好地理解华人社群在泰国的历史和文化传承。Food culture is an important part of human culture.In addition to providing the energy necessary for the human body and maintaining life,it also embodies cultural and historical significance.The Chinese community in Beitong Peace Village,Thailand,is a traditional Chinese group that has well inherited and preserved Chinese food culture.In the overseas Chinese community in Beitong Peace Village,food culture is not only a dietary habit to satisfy hunger,but also a symbol of identity and cultural transmission.Exploring the food culture of the overseas Chinese in Beitong Peace Village can help better understand the history and cultural inheritance of the overseas Chinese community in Thailand.
