摘 要:Buck变换器存在的控制器结构复杂和参数整定困难等问题导致其难以工程化应用。为了简化控制的结构、实现参数整定,以自耦PID为核心改进其结构,去除时变速度因子,引入低通滤波器,避免了超调的问题。以基于非线性扰动观测器和终端滑模控制的非线性控制器为基准控制器,全面地对比研究了其与改进自耦PID控制器的稳、动态性能。结果表明:改进的自耦PID能够在跟踪阶跃参考值过程中取得优于基准控制器的动态性能,在稳态过程中能保持与基准控制器相同的电压纹波但具有更小的控制量抖动,并且在负载电压突变情况下具有更短的恢复时间。所提出的控制器是线性控制器,结构简单且参数整定容易,而综合性能优于复杂的非线性控制器,有利于工程化应用。The complexity of the controller structure and the difficulty of parameter tuning of the Buck converter make it difficult to be applied in engineering.To simplify the structure of the control and realize the parameter tuning,the self-coupling PID(SC-PID)is adopted as the core to improve its structure,remove the time-varying speed factor,and introduce a low-pass filter to avoid the problem of overshooting.A nonlinear controller based on nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO)and terminal sliding mode control(TSMC)is used as the baseline controller,and its steady and dynamic performance are comprehensively compared with the SC-PID.The results demonstrate that the improved SC-PID can achieve better dynamic performance than the baseline controller in the process of tracking step reference value,maintain the same voltage ripple as the baseline controller in the steady state process but with smaller control input chattering,and have shorter recovery time in case of sudden changes in load voltage.The proposed controller is a linear controller with a simple structure and easy parameter tuning,but its comprehensive performance is superior to complex nonlinear controllers,which is beneficial for engineering applications.
