摘  要:以共生理论为基础,针对市域产教联合体内在共生关系演进的影响因素,运用成本收益理论,深入剖析了四个关键阶段中各参与主体共生关系的动态演变。市域产教联合体的共生关系构建,本质上是一个涉及多方参与、多元互动且持续变化的复杂过程。市域产教联合体内缺乏顺畅的沟通渠道、合理的利益分配机制和高效的信息共享平台是影响当前共生关系进化的根本原因。共建产教融合体系、促进协同进化发展、建立利益共享机制、营造互利共生环境是保证市域产教联合体各参与主体共生关系向互惠共生方向发展的关键路径。Based on the symbiosis theory,this analysis delves into the dynamic evolution of the symbiotic relationships among various participants at four crucial stages,using the cost-benefit theory to examine the influencing factors shaping the evolution of intrinsic symbiotic relationships within the municipal industry-education alliance.Essentially,the formation of symbiotic relationships within the municipal industry-education alliance is a complex process involving multiparty participation,diversified interactions,and continuous changes.The lack of smooth communication channels,reasonable benefit distribution mechanisms,and efficient information sharing platforms within the municipal industry-education alliance are the fundamental reasons hindering the evolution of current symbiotic relationships.Key pathways to ensure the symbiotic relationships among participants in the municipal industry-education alliance evolve towards mutualism include jointly building an industry-education integration system,promoting co-evolutionary development,establishing benefit-sharing mechanisms,and fostering an environment conducive to mutually beneficial symbiosis.
