摘  要:试验旨在研究不同纤维类型饲粮[玉米干酒精糟及可溶物(DDGS)、小麦麸+DDGS]中添加木聚糖酶对生长肥育猪生长性能、营养物质消化率和血液指标的影响。试验选用96头健康的(杜×长×大)三元杂交猪,公母各半,初始体重为(30.25±2.88) kg,采用2×2因子试验设计,即2种纤维类型饲粮(玉米DDGS饲粮和小麦麸+玉米DDGS饲粮)和是否添加木聚糖酶(不添加和添加木聚糖酶)。试验随机分为4个处理,每个处理包括6个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各半)。试验期为95 d,分为3个阶段,0~30 d为生长前期,31~65 d为生长后期,66~95 d为育肥期,在第30天、第65天和第95天分别称重和结料计算猪的生长性能,收集粪样和采集血液样品。结果显示,添加木聚糖酶可以显著提高全期猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05);可以显著提高猪第65天和第95天(P<0.05)的体重。在第65天和第95天,添加木聚糖酶可以显著提高猪能量和粗蛋白的消化率(P<0.05)。然而,饲粮类型对营养物质消化率没有显著影响(P≥0.05)。各处理间的血液指标也没有显著差异(P≥0.05)。综上所述,添加木聚糖酶可以提高生长肥育猪的生长性能和营养物质消化率;并且玉米DDGS型饲粮和小麦麸+玉米DDGS型饲粮对猪的生长性能没有显著影响。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of xylanases with different types of fiber based diets[DDGS,DDGS+wheat bran(WB)]on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and serum parameters of growing-finishing pigs.A total of 96 White×Landrace×Duroc pigs,initial body weight(BW,30.25±2.88)kg,were randomly allotted to 1 of 4 treatments in a 2×2 factorial arrangement that included diet type(DDGS vs.DDGS+WB)and xylanases supplementation(0 vs.100 mg/kg).The feeding program con-sisted of 3 phases including phase 1(day 1 to 30),phase 2(day 31 to 65)and phase 3(day 66 to 95).Supple-mentation with xylanases improved average daily gain and average daily feed intake of pigs in the overall period(P<0.05).Furthermore,the pigs fed diets supplemented with xylanases had increased BW at day 65(P<0.10)and d 95(P<0.05).On day 65 and day 95,the digestibility of gross energy and crude protein of pigs were all increased with supplementation of xylanases in the diets(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in nutrient digestibility of the pigs fed the two different type diets(P≥0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum parameters in pigs between these treat-ments(P≥0.05).In conclusion,xylanases supplementation enhanced the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of growing-finishing pigs and different types of fiber based diets had no significant influence on the growth performance of pigs.
